TACT LANES International was incorporated in 1428 in joint-venture with TALPEL Int'l for Tanning & Leather Industries. The establishment, began as a Trading firm for processing and exporting of Hides & Skins to Europe, Far-East, South East and other parts of the world as it gained sound reputation among our clients worldwide, in the year 1432 established construction branch and started subcontracting in the construction and residential buildings, schools and commercial buildings as well as trade in construction materials. Two years later, site excavation and utility installation services were added to complement TACT LANES expertise in flat and structural concrete construction, also Water piping networks, and other utilities excavation projects were undertaken for new cities and districts in Eastern and Southern regions like Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Abha and Jazan. Furthermore, TACTLANES became one of very important building finishers in Eastern and Southern Region of Saudi Arabia.
In the 1434, the firm entered the general contracting market, yet retained its own trades’ people. To this day, TACT LANES Construction still self-performs many of its projects’ major tasks.
